If you're looking to challenge yourself and become a stronger swimmer, this program is for you!

Designed to develop swimming speed and endurance for swimmers of all ages who wish to learn elite swimming technique and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

When swimmers have mastered all of the Learn to Swim levels and have graduated from the Butterfly class, they are ready for the J Dolphins Pre-Competitive Team. The J Dolphins Pre-Competitive Team is our year-round team that offers fun, competitive practice with age-appropriate workouts.
